Annual Sports Meet-EXERGY 2K25

Mount Carmel College, Karukadom, Kothamangalam, is excited to announce its much-anticipated Annual Sports Meet, EXERGY 2K25. This event promises a day filled with energy, enthusiasm, and sportsmanship as students from various departments come together to showcase their athletic talents across a wide range of events.

The highlight of the event will be the presence of our esteemed Chief Guest, Mr. Shihan Ranjit Jose, whose inspiring journey in martial arts and dedication to fitness has left an indelible mark in the field.

Mr. Shihan Ranjit Jose is a highly respected martial artist with significant contributions to karate in India. He holds the position of Chief and Technical Director at Japan Karate Do Shitoryu Shinbukan India.
In recognition of his expertise, he was appointed as the Head Coach of the Karate Kerala Association, operating under the World Karate Federation.
His dedication to the sport is evident through his active involvement in coaching and mentoring young athletes, particularly during events like the School Games in Kerala.

Mr. Shihan Ranjit Jose’s commitment to martial arts and his leadership in promoting karate have made him a prominent figure in the Indian martial arts community.
